Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. This energetic technique serves as a compliment to physical modalities.


Neuro Emotional Technique

NET is a mind-body technique that uses a methodology of finding and removing neurological imbalances, which can help resolve stress patterns that are stuck in the body.


The Emotion Code

The Emotion Code is an energy healing technique which uses manual muscle testing and magnetic therapy to release trapped emotions. Releasing trapped emotions may result in relieving acute discomfort and relief of stress and anxiety. By releasing trapped emotions, we can allow the body to create improved conditions for the body to heal, allowing physical and emotional issues to be more manageable.

I’ve been practicing as a Physical Therapist for over 15 years. Over the years, I have worked frequently with people experiencing chronic pain. I found that physical modalities did help to ease the pain, but I felt I was missing the bigger picture. I began exploring other treatment modalities to address the body as a whole and heal not only the physical body but other energy bodies as well. I take an intuitive approach to select the appropriate treatment based on the individual. I am happy to have the opportunity to use all of my tools to assist the body with healing.
